The Civics Junior Judgeship Program introduces students to the foundations of law, government, and civic engagement through dynamic, hands-on learning. Designed for youth ages 12–16, the program encourages students to explore how the judicial system works and how they can play an active role in shaping it. Participants learn about government structure, civil rights, and the voting process while engaging in projects such as mock trials, documentary film creation, and public service announcements. Guided by judges, attorneys, and educators, students gain practical knowledge, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of their power to influence positive change in their communities and beyond.
